■ Responsibilities: Management is tasked with implementing the policy, supervisors must proactively promote a safe environment, and employees are required to respect others and report violations.
■ Grievance Mechanism: Concerns can be reported safely and confidentially through HR, supervisors, the Grievance Committee, or the Whistleblower Mechanism.
■ Non-Compliance: Violating this policy results in strict disciplinary actions.
■ Training & Oversight: KEPL conducts periodic training to promote workplace ethics and safety, and Management reviews the policy at least once every three years.
